CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY: Most of our orders are shipped within two business days.Once order place which is non cancellation for any reason, even if you send the package back to us. This is due to the nature of the product. If parcel is Damaged due to any reason customer has to inform us Within 2 Days after that we cannot Return or refund.

Refund Policy – if customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07-10 working days

Replacement Policy – If parcel is Damaged due to any reason customer has to inform us Within 2 Days, within 3 Working days we will reviewed the damaged product received from customer, it will be delivered within 7-10 Working Days, For Remote area it will take extra time due to remote location.

Delivery / Shipping Policy – Most of our orders are shipped within two business days, All Orders are Shipped Through India Post (Registered Post), it will be Delivered in 2 to 4 Weeks approx, sometimes it is delivered early, sometimes it is delayed due to delay in custom clearance..

RESULTS POLICY: We have many satisfied patient and receive many referrals to our clinic. We cannot guarantee individual results, however, since we cannot monitor how closely you are following our treatment. Therefore, it is our policy not to offer refunds.

Refunds for other reasons will be given at our discretion. An administration charge may be applied to any refunds made, in order to cover the cost of processing the payment.
